At Gem Design Jewelers, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns
- Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and packaging intact.
- Customized or personalized items, including engraved jewelry, are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Customized or personalized jewelry
Refunds
- Refund Process:
- Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.
- If the item(s) pass inspection, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.
- Partial Refunds:
- Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned after 30 days from the purchase date may be eligible for store credit instead of a refund.
Exchanges
- Exchange Process:
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our Customer Service team to initiate the exchange process.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund or store credit may be offered.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Reporting Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt.
- Provide details and, if possible, photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
